Luke Ware

Welcome. I am the Director of the Instructional Design Studio, where I lead a team of instructional designers and technologists. I partner with faculty and academic leaders to design accessible, engaging, and mission-aligned learning experiences across face-to-face and digital contexts. My work focuses on learning experience design, educational technology strategy, and the thoughtful, ethical use of emerging tools, including AI. I also bring teaching experience in UI/UX, web design, and the software development lifecycle, along with a background in documentary filmmaking and a love of good coffee.
